How it works

A simple and Supportive process

Each session

A dedicated space to talk about what is happening in your life, at your own pace, in your own words.

There is no agenda to follow, no pressure to perform, and nothing you need to prepare in advance.

My role is to listen attentively, ask thoughtful questions, and offer a calm, grounded presence, so you can gain clarity, feel heard and experience a sense of emotional relief.

You begin by sharing whatever feels most present for you—a situation, a feeling, a question, or something you’ve been carrying. This is your time, and you decide what we talk about.

Key steps

As you speak, I listen deeply and ask questions to better understand you, your experiences, and what matters to you. These questions are not meant to direct or fix, but to help you explore your thoughts and feelings more clearly.

Walking Sessions

We meet in one of Calgary’s parks — North Glenmore Park, Edworthy Park, or Sandy Beach — and walk side by side at a comfortable pace.

This can be especially supportive if you:

  • feel more at ease while moving

  • prefer not to sit face-to-face

  • find nature grounding

There is no set distance or pace — we adapt to what feels right for you

We make space

Through being heard and gently reflected back to, many people find they gain new perspectives, feel lighter, or reconnect with what they truly need. Silence is welcome, pauses are respected, and everything unfolds naturally.

Online sessions

Sessions take place via video call(Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp) or by phone, from wherever you feel most comfortable.

The space remains the same: quiet, confidential, and without judgment.

This may suit you if you:

  • prefer being at home

  • live outside Calgary or in other countries

  • want a flexible option
