Origin Story: Why All-in Listening

I spent years in dynamic, creative, and demanding roles—working on film sets, guiding in the mountains, and making art. But it was during my time as a stay-at-home mom, supporting my two children through some significant learning and emotional challenges, that I encountered a different kind of difficulty: emotional isolation.

I didn’t need therapy (well I did need that too)—but I did need a safe space to speak freely, without judgment or fear of burdening others. I found glimpses of that with friends, often during walks or runs—but even then, it wasn’t always enough.

That longing—for open-hearted connection without filters—inspired All-in Listening: a service that offers the presence of a friend, with the freedom to say everything.
